This month, we’re pressing pause on the hustle. Before we rush into setting New Year’s resolutions, we’re embracing the most powerful (and overlooked) tool of a master coach: Reflection.
A great coach helps their clients find the lesson in the experience. A master coach does that for themselves first.

The Challenge: Conduct 5 practice coaching sessions before our next class.
The Mission: Team up with a classmate. You coach them, they coach you. Focus on one key skill per session (like Level 2 Listening or The Toggle).
